Anne N. Truong, MD is the sole founder and owner of Truong Rehabilitation Center. Dr. Truong resides with her husband and two children locally in the Fredericksburg area. The Center offers elite quality pain management and rehabilitation services to Fredericksburg and surrounding area patients. Dr. Truong is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Electrodiagnostic Medicine.
Dr. Truong received her B.A. in Biology from the University of California, Berkley.  She received her M.D. from University of Nevada, School of Medicine.  Dr. Truong completed her Internal Medicine Internship at the University of California, Irvine.  Dr. Truong attended Baylor College of Medicine, a top residency program for Pain Management and Rehabilitation in the nation. Dr. Truong currently serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor for Virginia Commonwealth University at the Medical College of Virginia.  She has served as the President of the Virginia Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Society since 2005.

Dr. Truong has extensive experience in non-operative management of musculoskeletal injuries, using state of the art techniques such as trigger point injections, ultrasound guided injections to joints and muscles, medical acupuncture, and osteopathic manipulation. Her approach is to decrease pain, restore strength and function without medications and surgery. Once pain reduction is achieved, she will prescribe a personalized wellness exercise program for patients.
