Sex has many benefits that can go from top to bottom and we’re going to go dive into it at this point.

So let’s look at benefit number one. Burn calories. When you have sex, actually it can burn about 100 calories and it’s about a little less for a woman, at around 70 calories, and is considered moderate exercise. The recommendation is to get about 180 minutes of moderate exercise in a week. So, the longer you have sex, the more you have sex, put this under the column of moderate exercise.

2. Cardiovascular exercise

Benefit number two. Cardiovascular benefits. Healthy heart exercise should be done around three to five times a week and sex is considered exercise and is good for your heart. And in fact, studies have shown that men under 50 who have sex at least twice a week have a reduced risk of heart disease compared with men who have sex less frequently.
