What is the Most Common Normal Penis Size?

Most men believe that the average length of an erect penis is greater than 6 inches (15.24 cm). This belief is due, in part, to several often-cited studies that relied on self-reported measurements, with means of about 6.2 inches (15.75 cm) for heterosexual men and even greater for gay men. These studies suffered from both volunteer bias and social desirability bias. In this review, of 21 studies the average length of an erect penis is 5.1. Another study looked at 15,500 measurements of men’s penises

  • The average flaccid penis length is 3.61 inches, the erect penis is 5.1 inches
  • For a flaccid penis girth, 3.66 inches, and for an erect penis 4.59 Inches

How to Measure Your Penis Size

Measure length from the top of your penis to the tip of your glans. The top of your penis is where it connects to your pubic bone. The tip of your glans is the round part at the end of your penis. Compress any fat in front of your pubic bone when measuring. Also, don’t include additional length related to a foreskin. Measure girth around the base or the middle of the shaft.

Should You Try To Increase Your Penis Size?

The decision to try to increase the size of your penis should be made carefully with the consultation of a urologist or sexual health expert. The Journal of Urology study recommended that only men with a flaccid penis length of less than 1.6 inches or an erect penis of less than 3 inches should be considered as candidates for penile-lengthening surgery. However, “Bigger is better” sticks in the heads of many men worldwide.

45% of men reported being unsatisfied with their penis size.

Consider this:

Women feel more excitement if their vagina is optimally stretched. Because the main nerve supply of the vagina is found in its lower third, the length of a penis appears to matter less than girth during intercourse.

The decision of a man’s penis size is personal, like a woman having breasts implants. Studies show that a majority of men wish they were larger, opting for surgeries. These surgeries are considered by the American Urological Association to be risky.

Most men seeking surgery have normal-sized penises.

However, there is a safe nonsurgical option to enlarge the penis and glans. Penile enlargement is a procedure where the girth is enlarged by injecting the penis shaft with polyacrylamide filler or PLLA filler and PRP in addition to the P Shot.

  • This procedure will increase girth by 30-40% and the size increase last for about 2 years.
  • The glans (tip of the penis) can be 40% enlarged with hyaluronic acid filler and PRP treatments.

This method makes it more aesthetically pleasing and is also a treatment for premature Ejaculation. You get Immediate results, you can have sex by 3 days. Not only does this procedure can enlarge the penis but treat ED and improved performance together.

Tips for a positive body image

Maintain a healthy weight and incorporate strength training into your exercise routine. Losing fat around the pubic area makes the penis look longer. If you look fit and healthy, you may feel better about yourself. Don’t become consumed by penis size. You can be a satisfying sexual partner regardless of the size of your penis.

Don’t compare yourself to others in movies and social media. Lasting self-esteem comes from non-physical traits, such as creativity, intelligence, and values.
